Do the work, deliver a clear and direct apology and don't hide behind vagueness or cliches.<BR/><BR/>Some of your above examples bring back some memories of apologies done the wrong way that compounded the original 'mistake' and perpetuated the problem as a bad example to our youth.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
